The Earth Keepers program is dedicated to educating people about Mother Earth so that they can become competent stewards of her. It follows the ancient tradition of a keeper, someone that would take care of a sacred site or a general area containing a divine aspect of Mother Earth.

Earth Keepers believe that Mother Earth is integral to our individual and collective spiritual evolution as well as our health and well-being. It embraces Hindu Vedanta believing that we are all part of Brahman; that we are all interconnected and are one. From oneness comes knowledge of how we have similar make-ups and how we are linked to each other and that, through co-creation, we evolve.

Earth Keepers follow the path of giving, compassion and service believing that this is what is needed at this point of our collective spiritual evolution. By focusing on the greater good and making a better world our souls soar. It teaches how to gain sentience of Mother Earth believing that this increases our connection to her.

The Earth Healers program is open to all. It offers instruction for those that wish to become an Earth Keeper or just learn about Mother Earth.

Course Summary

Introduction to Earth Healing — A several week course, 1˝ to 2 hours a day providing an overview and introduction to the basic skills and knowledge you will need to heal Mother Earth. You will learn about Mother Earth’s Cosmology, the human subtle body, our dynamic relationship to Mother Earth and her subtle body and some basic techniques to clean space.

Much of the focus will be experiential and teach the skills necessary to be an earth healer:
1) Gain sentience of mother earth—to feel her is to better know and appreciate her.
2) Dowsing—Dowsing helps find specific aspects of Mother Earth.
3) Spiritual Exercises such as meditation to develop the subtle body and spiritual self.

This introductory course is for both those that wish to become a certified earth keeper or just look to gain knowledge of Mother Earth and how to clean and improve their home environment. Gaining sentience of Mother Earth brings a host of benefits, a feeling of well being, improvements in your meditation practice, potentially improve your immunity and more.

Creating Sacred Space —A one day workshop on how to create sacred space, with an emphasis one one’s home.

Developing Sentience —a several week course, 1 to 2 hours a day, experiential course to help you connect with Mother Earth and begin to feel her. Focus will be developing your ability to feel Mother Earth and activities will concentrate on meditating and other practices. Hopefully you will be able to distinguish between consciousness and energy as well as get a general feel for the various environments and aspects of Mother Earth. You will learn tips on developing your sentience; demonstrations and measurements will be taken to gauge your sentience, before and after the course. An overview of Mother Earth’s cosmology will be taught. Take this course as a follow-up to the Earth Healer’s Course to better develop your sentience or if you are just interested in gaining sentience of Mother Earth. Students bring meditation cushion, L rods optional.

Dowsing —a one day workshop to jump start or improve your dowsing ability. If you are looking to learn how to dowse or are having difficulty this is the course for you. Dowsing is taught in other courses, Students bring L-rods.

Field Trip —Connecting with Mother Earth, You will visit a sacred site and learn how to approach Mother Earth and build a relationship with her. L-rods.

The Path of Giving, love and forgiveness—A meditation on unconditional love ---A day of mediation and other spiritual exercises at a powerful space among a group of people focused on love, compassion and forgiveness. Cathartic, healing and transformative.

Practical Application—Stewardship-- 40 hours of practical application cleaning up Mother Earth. You will learn what it takes to maintain a sacred site and keep it clean and vibrant through hands on experience. You will work with others and may even eventually lead others. It may involve a field trip.

Certification For those interested Mother Earth Prayers (www.motherearthprayers.org will offer certification as an Earth Keeper. To become a certified Earth Keeper one will have to take the Introduction to Earth Healing, demonstrate sentience of Mother Earth, basic dowsing ability and perform 40 hours of community service in healing and cleaning Mother Earth. It is also recommended that you take creating Sacred Space a day of giving and compassion.
